Raechel is a Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve positive and meaningful change in their lives. By developing strong rapport and a trusting therapeutic relationship, Raechel works collaboratively with her clients to help them overcome difficulties and achieve their goal of leading a happier, more fulfilling life.
Raechel has comprehensive experience in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD and behaviour disorders, self-harm, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem issues, parenting and adjustment difficulties.
Raechel has worked in private practice since 2014. Previously she worked for the Northern Sydney Area Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, Redbank House, and the University of NSW Child Behaviour Research Clinic. She is trained in a number of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, mindfulness and attachment-based approaches. Raechel recognises the importance of family and she works from a family systems perspective.
