Stephanie Rosser has 20 years clinical experience. She is a specialist in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). She is an expert in adult Anxiety Disorders diagnosis and treatment, and the psychological management of Depression using a combination of CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-based strategies. She has a particular interest in Social Phobia and Avoidant Personality style, and obsessional disorders.

She applies a Schema-based therapy approach to address underlying, longstanding unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving that can leave people feeling stuck in their problems.

She has previously worked for eight years as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Anxiety Disorders Clinic, St. Vincent\'s Hospital.

Prior to this she worked for two years in medical psychology (neurological rehabilitation and spinal injuries) in the public hospital system. She has worked in private practice since 2001.

She is a Member of the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society, and a Member of the Australian Association of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

She has worked at The Clinical Psychology Centre since 2004.
